Payment & Refund Terms

• Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of deposit.
• Deposit or payment in full at time of booking serves as confirmation that these Terms

        & Conditions have been read and that the party organiser and their guests agree to

        abide by these terms and conditions.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The final balance is due 4 weeks prior to your party night.
• Non-payment of the final balance by the due date will void the contract and enable organisers to reallocate the tickets.
• Cancellations should be put in writing to the organisers and refunds requested for the balance of the ticket (deposits are non-refundable) will be calculated based on the notice period given. Any cancellations within 21 days of your party night will result in no refund.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as reasonably possible.

Menu & Drinks Pre Orders

• There is a set menu including a vegetarian option. We endeavour to cater for all special dietary requirements if requested in advance. Allergen information for each dish is available on request
• All menu choices and special dietary requirements must be received 4 weeks prior to your party night. Please email completed forms to roomone@hartfordgolf.co.uk.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate any menu or wine orders made on the night.
• Room One reserve the right to make changes to the advertised food and drinks menu in the event of shortages in supply of particular items.
• Any pre ordered drinks must be paid in full in advance
• No drinks are included in the ticket price except where stated
• Guests may not, under any circumstances bring their own drinks
